I firstly decided to glance through my i-tune genres and with me listening to alot of different types of music from heavy rock to drum n bass. Some music with lyrics and some without, just a beat. I found it difficult to narrow my artists down but i decided that i would use an artist or band with lyrics and firstly a band called Atreyu spring to mind and also my favorite 30 seconds to mars. Looking at the album covers 30 seconds to mars tend to use a white, red and black colour scheme, which i could incorporate into my illustration. Atreyu, have used very different approaches to there album covers, one using a A symbol, another a vector image.
