Firstly I sketched out my ideas using my brainstorms from my previous blog. Then from that i created vector images that i could use in my illustration ideas.

For the lyrics-

You know enough to know the way

Stand out of the edge of the earth

Walk right in the sight of a gun

As the images are very different from each other, i will try to recreate  a scene, like in my first sketches.

I used the same principle, as for illustration 1, looked at my brainstorm, then decided which ones would be best to illustrate the song lyrics.

For the lyrics:

Nights that you lie wide awake to the sound of the poison rain

No matter how many deaths that I die I will never forget

Fire inside of this heart

The prayers that we have prayed were like a drug

These images are very different and i found these harder to put into a scene. As in my previous sketches for song 1 But a think a wilted tree with skulls, person praying is best to betray the lyrics, I'm just having problems placing the burning heart.  I will hang in from the tree in my further ideas.

Now using my sketch ideas and the vector drawing, i will experiment with layouts and colour treatments. As i am not sure if to just colour the outlines or actually fill them with colour or even add a texture effect.
